Healthcare waste issues - SORTED

The Environment
According to Public Health England, 2018 (1). The health and social care carbon footprint in 2017 was 27.1 Mega tonnes (Mt) CO2, representing around 6.3% of the carbon footprint of England.
Everyone wants to play their part in reducing the burden on the environment. Waste reduction schemes throughout the NHS and social care have helped reduce what we are producing year on year; we at Meditret hope that we to can do our part in helping organisations enable their staff to be part of this process.
